First they opened in prayer. Led by our Pastor. Then they read the minutes from the last meeting and asked for those to be approved.

Next the floor was open to the agenda and each person that was in charge of the items on the agenda talked about their part and then the others at the meeting discussed what should or shouldn’t be done. How to do it. When to do it. Where to do it. Why they were doing it.

After each item and discussion there was a vote to accept or not accept what was being discussed. Someone would say they motioned to accept…. Then another person would say I second that motion. All in favor would raise their hands. All opposed would then raise their hands. Items either passed or didn’t.

At the end they voted to schedule another meeting and then the meeting was closed in prayer.
